2、交互的安全性，以及前端页面和客户交互的友好性。其中包括对数据库的建立和更新要保证数据的一致性和安全性，以及完整性。对于前端，作为系统的展示层，要求页面简洁高效，展现的信息直观完整。系统基于面向对象的思想以及 mvc 逻辑框架，界面直观简便友好，操作方便灵活，实用性强，安全性高，完成了员工信息管理，员工业务管理，部门信息管理，公司公告管理，员工批示管理等功能。本文主要从公司员工管理的基本概念开始，详细介绍本系统的功能，开发流程和结构，并且论证本系统的设计方案，简单介绍了所用语言和开发工具，而且详细介绍了系统的需求分析、数据字典、输入输出设计、功能实现等，而且展示了系统部分功能和操作以及系统主要页
