3、+”理念的提出，为中小企业融资打开了一扇新的大门，互联网私募股权融资作为互联网金融经济中的一种新的融资方式， 提供了新的融资渠道。 本文首先通过调查问卷分析山东省互联网私募股权融资的风险管理现状， 梳理了互联网私募股权融资风险的成因，提出风险规避和控制措施，帮助中小企业增加融资，解决中小企业“融资难、融资贵”的问题，促进中小企业发展。通过实地调研分析齐鲁股权交易中心投融资平台， 识别其风险并提出控制措施。平台方要按照平台规则控制融资活动，严格审核投融资者的资格和信用等级，提高平台服务质量，配合相关部门开展反洗钱和打非工作。投融资者要遵守投融资人规则，行使自己的权利，履行自己的义务，提供真实、完

The development of the middle and small-sized enterprises reflect the integral level of one countrys economy. They are meaningful in furnishing employment and o
5、ptimizing the economic structure. However, the financing problem has become a bottleneck of their development. The coming of the 21st Internet Age and the proposal of “Internet plus” opened a new door for middle and small-sized enterprises financing. As a new way of financing in Internet financial e
6、conomy, Internet private equity provides a new financing channel. Firstly, this paper analyzes the situation of risk management of Internet private equity in Shan Dong province and presents its causes, comes up with its risk aversion and control measures, helps the enterprises to increase financing,
7、 solves problems of financing difficulty and costly financing as well as promoting the development of middle and small-sizes enterprises. By analyzing the Qi Lu equity investment and financing platform trading center, identify the risks and bring up control measures. Platform should control the fina
