3、。随着中国经济的飞速发展，我国居民收入水平不断提高，但我国也从计划经济时代收入分配最为平均的国家一跃成为收入差距最大的国家，这种差距存在于不同的行业，不同的地区、不同的社会阶级之间，因此，研究收入分配的影响因素就显得十分重要。经济体制的变迁、经济体制改革中政府的不规范行为、税收社会保障体系不健全、城乡二元经济结构的存在等都是影响收入分配差距的重要因素。本文主要从人力资本角度探究城乡收入差距。首先论述了本文的选题背景、国内外研究现状及本文的研究思路；其次从城乡居民收入差距的测定分析湖南省城乡收入差距的现状，接着以湖南省为例探究了人力资本因素对收入分配的影响，然后分析实证研究的结果，最后在此基础上

Keywords: Income gap; Human capital; Human capital investment; Human capital measurement1 绪论1.1 本文选题背景改革开放以来，中国的居民收入水平不断提高，权力因素、教育资本以及制度安排成为中国城乡居民收入流动的主要因素，其中权力和教育因素是影响城乡收入流动的最重要因素。中国的发展并没有走上一部分人先富起来，先富带动后富的道路，而是从平均主义迅速成为了世界上收入分配差距最大的国家。这种收入分配差距的拉大，不仅影响了中国内需的扩大，也阻碍了中国经济的持续发展，在一定程度上激化了人民的内部矛盾，制约了中国构建和谐社会及经济体制改革的进程。收入差距过大，不仅仅是一个经济问题，还可能会引发许多社会问题，比如仇富心态、群体消极心理；收入差距过大的形成过程，也可能包含着许多社会问题，比如灰色收入、非法所得。全国政协委副主席张梅颖在第十一届政协会议上指出：收入分配问题已经到了一定要切实解决的时候，这是中国经济问题的根源之一，已经成为经济良性发展、可持续发展以及社会进步的一个障碍。因此，对城乡居民收入差距不断扩大的问题进行详细的考察与分析已成为当务之急。本文从人力资本入手，着重研究人力资本投资对收入
