1、摘摘 要要铝属于两性金属,在铝及铝合金的工业应用中,酸及碱溶液均可能对其产生溶解腐蚀。因此,研究铝及铝合金在酸、碱溶液中的腐蚀及防护问题,受到人们的重视。本论文合成了一种聚乙二醇酯改性席夫碱缓蚀剂,考察其对铝的缓蚀行为。以 3,5-二溴水杨醛、对氨基苯甲酸为原料,经溶液法,合成了 3,5-二溴水杨醛缩对氨基苯甲酸席夫碱,利用红外光谱、紫外光谱对其结构进行了表征与确认。利用硼酸酯化法合成了聚乙二醇(1000)单月桂酸酯,测定了其酸值、皂化值分别为 34mg/gKOH,112 mg/gKOH。以 N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,在常压下,反应温度为130,合成了聚乙二醇改性 3,5

2、-二溴水杨醛缩对氨基苯甲酸席夫碱缓蚀剂。以纯铝片为研究对象,运用分子自组装技术,在铝表面自组装成膜,利用电化学技术、失重法和扫描电子显微分析法探讨了聚乙二醇酯改性席夫碱自组装膜在 0.5mol/L 盐酸溶液中对铝的缓蚀作用。结果表明,当缓蚀剂浓度为 100mg/L 时,自组装时间为 30min,对铝的缓蚀效果最佳。论文对聚乙二醇改性席夫碱缓蚀膜的缓蚀机理也进行了初步探讨。关键词:关键词:聚乙二醇酯;改性席夫碱;自组装缓蚀膜;铝.Study on modification of Schiff base compounds by Polyethylene glycol and the self-a

In this graduation thesis , we synthesized a modified polyethylene glycol ester Schiff base corrosion inhibitors and investigate their corrosion behavior of aluminum. We synthesis of 3,5 - dibromo-sali

5、cylaldehyde-amino acid Schiff base with 3,5 - dibromo-salicylaldehyde, p-amino benzoic acid as raw material in solution , characterizing and confirming its structures with infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectrum . Synthesized polyethylene glycol (1000) monolaurate using boric acid esterification

6、 ,and determined its acid value was 34mg/gKOH, saponification value was 112 mg / gKOH.
