1、高尔夫管理本科学生专业能力构成与评价高尔夫管理本科学生专业能力构成与评价摘摘 要要高尔夫运动在 20 世纪初传入中国，开始在中国发展。高尔夫在中国虽然起步晚，但发展迅速。而且近年来高尔夫的发展呈现出加速的趋势，尤其是在高尔夫重回奥运这一消息发布后，高尔夫在中国的发展出现了新的浪潮，因此可以说是一个非常有前景的行业。但我国高尔夫教育滞后，导致了专业人才的缺乏，这严重阻碍了我国高尔夫的发展。本研究通过问卷调查法，访谈法，文献综述法试从专业知识、专业技能和专业素质 3 方面对高尔夫管理本科学生的专业能力进行探讨。建立了高尔夫管理本科学生指标体系，共包括 28 项指标。并针对学生、教师及行内人士发放问
2、卷，要求调查对象对每一项指标分别为其重要性和表现打分。然后运用 IPA 分析法对其进行整理，对高尔夫管理本科学生专业能力进行评价，分析学生现阶段所具备能力与企业需求的差距，找出问题所在，并针对学生、学校及企业提出合理的，可用于提高高尔夫管理本科学生专业能力的建议。【关键字】 高尔夫 高尔夫教育 专业能力AbstractAt the beginning of the 20th century golf was introduced into China, then began to develop in China. But the lag of golfs education and the lack of professional talents in China has s
