1、本科生毕业论文(设计)基于 Jsp 的国有固定资产管理系统的设计与实现院系名称姓 名学 号专 业指导教师2011 年 5 月 13 日摘摘要要随着信息技术的高速推进，电子政务的发展，以及政府服务透明度的增强，国有资产信息化管理已经日趋主流。国有资产的管理作为政府和事业 中一个必不可少的步骤，如果还是使用传统性的手工管理，必然赶不上时代 发展的速度。采用国有资产管理系统对政府和事业单位固定资产进行信息化的管理可以节省人工、资金投入、时间等。而且其提供的功能可以轻易的为资产管理提供正确、有效的保障。近年来,随着政府对固定资产投资比例的不断扩大,如何全面、准确管理国有资产信息已经成为各大职能部门管理
2、工作面临的一个新课题。 为了加强国有资产管理,促进国有资产优化配置,确保国有资产的有效利用,本文针对国有资产管理在实际工作中的特征,综合考虑国有资产管理工作的特点,将国有资产管理系统和实际工作相结合提出了国有资产管理系统的框架模型 ,并以此模型为基础,设计了国有资产管理系统综合信息平台。 目前,我国各地市都会有几百家行政事业单位,且地理位置十分分散,各单位网络状况都各不相同, 根据我国网络的特点的特点，采用B/S 的方式较为合理。本文首先阐述了本研究与开发国有资产管理系统的背景、目的和意义；根据实际地的查研究，分析了系统所需要的处理的信息、所要具备的功能以及系统的性能要求；在分析的基础上进行了
3、系统运行平台设计、功能结构设计、数据库设计等；然后根据设计阐述了利用JSP 作为系统前台开发工具和MySQL 来存放系统的数据如何来实现系统；最后对本系统的特点和存在的问题进行了简要地分析。关关键键字字：JSP；资产管理；B/SAbstractWith the high speed propulsion of information technology, the development of e-government, And strength of government service Tra arency.
