2、研究目光聚焦在了对ERP系统关键用户使用绩效的分析上，根据其中的关键影响因素为企业提供实务上的建议。研究认为企业实施ERP的组织因素、关键用户个体差异，ERP系统本身差异都会影响ERP系统关键用户使用绩效。通过大范围的查阅文献，得出了如下主要研究结论：高层管理者支持程度越高，关键用户使用意愿及满意度也越高，关键用户使用绩效就越高；项目团队合作程度越好，关键用户使用意愿及满意度也越高，关键用户使用绩效就越高；关键用户个人能力越高，关键用户使用意愿及满意度也越高，关键用户使用绩效就越高；ERP与企业相容程度越高，关键用户使用意愿及满意度也越高，关键用户使用绩效就越高。关键词 ： ERP 关键用户

There are many problems at the application process of ERP system in Chinese enterprises. So to study the discipline of Chinese ERP implemen
5、tation and use is of great practical significance.In this paper, the attention of research is focused on the analysis of the key users of the ERP system using performance, and provide practical advice for enterprises based on the key factors.
