1、本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文）摘要摘要本文是一篇关于固定管板式换热器的结构设计，主要用于尿液的冷却。对固定管板式换热器进行了深入的研究，首先，在换热器总体结构方面，对其筒体、封头进行了厚度计算和强度校核，得到了在工称直径 DN1000，特定的公称压力下合理的筒体和封头的厚度，并对筒体和管箱的接管进行了选型与开孔补强校核。其次，在换热器内部结构方面进行了换热管的计算和管子的布置，按照正确的布管计算方法对换热器公称直径为 1000mm 的管板实施了单管程，单壳程条件下的人工计算布管并画出了相应的 CAD 布管图。同时用 BS 法对管板厚度进行了计算和校核。在整个设计过程中，还包括一些其他零部件的
