5、的高等教育，有较丰富的知识储备和较好的素养，富有创新精神。选派大学生村官到农村对于推广和普及农业科技知识、促进村民观念更新，使之逐渐融入信息社会的时代潮流，加快农村奔小康的步伐都有不容忽视的作用。 本文以社会主义新农村建设为背景，以大学生村官研究对象，采用理论分析和实证分析相结合的方法，通过广泛的文献研究、理论梳理和数据分析，阐述了新农村建设中提高大学生村官媒介素养的必要性；以重庆市合川区110名大学生村官的媒介素养实地考察为例， 从一个局部反映了大学生村官运用自己的媒介知识和技能在促进新农村建设中有所作为，详细分析了大学生村官媒介素养现状及其存在的问题，最后在上述分析的基础上，结合我国新农村
6、建设的实际，提出了当前提升大学生村官媒介素养的建议和看法。希望能对我国媒介素养教育的具体实践有所裨益。 关键字：新农村建设；大学生村官；媒介素养 IIAbstract Our country is in a special period in the 21st century .Which is full of profound institutional change,structral adjustment and social change.Our government and leaders bring forward that “Building the new socialist

At the same time, China has gradually integrated into the torrent of information society. An endless stream of new media and new technologies, has brought
