SB will not be responsible for delays in the transmission of orders due to a or failure of transmission of com

SB will not be liable for any failure or delay to meet its obligations due to any causes beyond its control which shall include fires, s
8、torms, acts of God, riots, strikes, lock-outs, wars, government control, restrictions or prohibition whether local or international, technical failure of any equipment, power failure, black-outs or any other cause which results or is likely to result in the erratic behavior of the market prices, or
9、any causes affecting SBs operation. Although SB makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data services p
10、rovided herein, the Client acknowledges that SB, its employees, agents and third party providers will not be held liable for any loss, cost or damage, (including the loss of Client data) suffered or incurred by the Client or any third party and arising out of any faults, interruptions or delays in t
11、he data service or out of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the information contained in the data service as supplied to or contributed by the Client, however such faults, interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions arise unless due to SB gross negligence or willful misconduct. 客

The Client will indemnify and hold SB, its employees, attorneys, agents, contractors and subcontractors harmless from and against any loss, cost or damage (including reasonable attorneys fees) in connection with any claim or action which may be brought by any third party, accessing all or part of the Service through or by means of the Client, and arising out of any faults, interruptions or delays in the Service
