3、生全面发展的重任。一切从学生的实际出发，尊重学生的主体需求，以学生的利益为出发点和归宿是大学生思想政治教育的始终。笔者以大学生的全面发展为出发点，在研究马克思主义人学的内涵和分析当前大学生思想政治教育现状的基础上，将马克思主义人学与大学生思想政治教育有机的结合起来，提出了“以人为本”的大学生思想政治教育的基本理念和相关构建措施，期望为大学生的自由全面发展尽微薄之力。论文共分为三部分，如下：一、首先简单地对马克思主义人学探索轨迹进行梳理，接着分别从马克思主义关于人的本质和需要、人的价值以及人的自由而全面发展等方面阐述了马克思主义人学理论的内涵。在此基础上，分析马克思主义人学理论对大学生思想政治教
4、育的启示。二、 研究当前大学生思想政治教育的现状，主要分析了大学生思想政治状况方面出现的不良现象以及高校思想政治教育工作上存在的不足。通过对现状的分析，进一步探索导致不良现状的深层次原因，即对人的关怀、关注不够，即“以人为本”教育理念的缺失。三、 在前文的基础上，提出了用马克思主义人学理论指导大学生思想政治教育，坚持“以人为本”的大学生思想政治教育的理念，并对如何加强和改进大学生思想政治教育提出了相关的方法和措施。关键词：马克思主义人学，以人为本，大学生，思想政治教育，实效性IAbstractHuman is the research object of Marxism philosophy,
