The above-named Client hereby appoints the
4、Agent named above its sole and exclusive agent to act for the Client in connection with all matters covered under the CSA Master Contract / File Number(s) indicated above. 委託者在此指定上述代理機構為其上列 CSA 檔案號碼下所有 CSA 事務唯一代理機構。 2. The Client hereby authorizes CSA to deal with the above-named Agent in all matter
5、s pertaining to the CSA Master Contract / File Number(s) indicated above in exactly the same manner and to the same extent as if the Agent was the Client. Note: Unless otherwise specified by the Client this authorization will automatically be applicable to all projects under the specified CSA Master

The Client hereby ratifies, confirms and agrees to honour and to be bound by each and every instruction, agreement or undertaking, whether written or oral, entered into with CSA by the Agent purportedly on the Clien
7、ts behalf, including, without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, all of the terms and conditions of any CSA application Form, required alterations to a product, agreement to perform required Factory Tests, disposition of sample equipment, and all similar matters normally involved b

The Client and the Agent jointly and severally agree to indemnify and hold harmless
10、 CSA, and its members, directors, officers and emplyees against: 委託者及代理機構共同地和個別地同意保障及保證 CSA 及其會員、主管、各級職員和聘雇人員不受下列 侵害： (a) Any and all liability, loss, cost, damages, reasonable legal fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature which CSA may sustain or incur by reason or in consequence of any acts o

The onus shall be entirely upon the Client to inform the CSA employee
13、s, to whom a particular certification project is assigned, of the existence of this Authorization in each case, and to notify CSA Client Service Center in writing if the Client wishes to withdraw this Authorization at any time. This agreement and the appointment of the Agent shall remain in full for
