3、面建设小康社会的进程，河南县域经济需要跨越式发展，要实现县域经济的发展，需要立足县情，选择有效的发展路径。发展路径的选择对于实现县域经济的跨越式发展有重要的意义。本文从县域经济发展的相关理论入手，立足河南省县域经济发展实际，运用调查研究、文献资料、定量与定性、比较研究相结合的方法，采用梯度与反梯度发展理论、均衡与非均衡理论、二元经济结构、比较优势理论和劳动地域分工理论，分析了河南县域经济的发展现状，面临的机遇和挑战，全面分析了县域经济发展的战略和路径；河南县域经济发展与县域经济百强县的差距分析；详细论述了我国先进省份县域发展模型和成功案例，总结出了先进省份县域经济发展给河南县域经济发展的启示，
4、最后把河南 108 个县域按照各类产业结构比例进行了分类，对不同类别的县域给出了相应发展路径。经过研究，把河南县域分成四种类型，工业主导型、现代农业主导型、第三产业主导型、传统农业（劳务输出型），不同类型的县域采用不同的发展路径。归纳出县域发展的路径有：种植特色农产品、对农产品深加工、养殖加工畜产品、运用地理位置发展工业、产业集聚、旅游资源开发、劳务经济、传统文化艺术开发、传统农业主导等模式。河南要发挥比较优势与特色经济；转变政府职能；坚持可持续发展；发展民营经济；促进产业集群化；推进农业现代化；城乡统筹发展；增强发展潜力八个方面。这一策略的提出为河南县域经济跨越式发展，为河南县域经济的跨越式
5、发展提供理论支持。最后，从河南县域经济发展路径分析与研究的整体进程来看，该研究也仅是I很小一个阶段性的成果，还有待于进一步深化。本文的创新之处是运用区域经济学、产业经济学、地理学、人口学的相关理论，结合河南县域经济的现状，结合三大产业的结构把河南县域分为四个类型，每个类型县域给出了相应的发展策略。关键词：县域济经，发展路径，跨越发展，特色农业IIABSTRACTCounty economy is the weakest link in building a moderately prosperous society,the basic unit of Chinas economic devel

The proposed strategy as County Economy in leaps and bounds, leapsand bounds in the Henan county economy to provide theoretical support. Finally, fromthe
