1、经济发展水平和社会负担率等城市指标和包括资产贡献率、资产负债率及企业规模等企业特征指标。其次，在对不同改制模式下的劳资关系进行研究时，本文以改制后企业存在状态为划分标准，分析了国有控股企业、私人控股企业和破产企业的劳资关系。第四部分，改制国有企业劳资关系的实证研究。本文将合肥市改制国有企业作为实证研究对象，以近几年来合肥市国有企业改制、职工劳资关系的调整以及对下岗失业人员解困工作为基本背景，揭示国有企业改制过程中企业改制模式选择对劳资关系的影响。特别是对合肥市 20 家改制国有企业的实证研究，结合合肥市在国有企业改制过程中调整职工劳资关系的实践经验，研究探讨社会转型时期从“被动保障型”向“主动
2、保障型”转变的社会保障制度创新的必要性、可行性及对企业改制模式选择的积极意义。最后，以结束语形式对本文的研究结论进行了概括。关键词：劳资关系；国有企业；改制模式IIAbstractSince the 1990s, state-owned enterprise reform has entered the new stage -remanufacture, taking the defined property right relations as the outstanding feature，numerous state-owned and collective small and medi
