1、 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 1摘摘 要要 目的：目的：了解综合性大型三级甲等医院手术室护士职业压力和身心健康特点，探索手术室护士职业压力、应付方式、社会支持和身心健康的关系，为手术室护士职业压力的管理提供有效的依据。 方法：方法：运用整群抽样的方法，抽取武汉市四家大型综合医院的 280 名手术室护士进行调查。采用一般人口学问卷、护士工作压力源量表、应付方式问卷、社会支持量表和 SCL-90 问卷，调查研究对象的一般情况、工作压力、社会支持、应付方式和身心健康情况。运用 SPSS 11.0 软件，应用描述性统计分析、方差分析、相
2、关分析、回归分析等统计学方法对手术室护士的职业压力、应付方式、社会支持和身心健康状况进行探讨。 结果：结果： （1）工作量和工作时间方面及护理专业方面两维度的得分最高；护理专业方面，男护士工作压力得分高于女护士（P0.05） ，合同制护士得分高于聘用制护士（P0.05） ；工作量和工作环境两维度得分比较，护龄 15 年的护士工作压力低于1120 年和 20 年以上的护士（P0.05） ，护士压力得分低于护师和主管护师（P0.05） 。 （2） 手术室护士选择“解决问题”和“求助”两方式做为应付方式的分值较高； “40岁”组的护士面对压力更易选择“合理化”做为应付方式 （P0.05） ； 主管护
3、师选择“合理化”的分值高于护士组（P0.05） 。 （3）手术室护士主观支持和支持总分得分较高；正式护士“支持总分”和“主观支持”得分均高于合同制护士（P0.05） ；“20 岁”组护士“支持总分”和“主观支持”得分低于其余年龄组护士（P0.05） 。 （4）手术室护士身心健康得分低于正常人常模（P0.01） 。 （5）“自责”、“幻想”、“退避”、“合理化”等应付方式与工作压力呈正相关，“解决问题”与工作压力呈负相关（P0.05） ；客观支持与工作压力呈负相关；“解决问题”和“求助”与身心健康各因子呈负相关（P0.05） ；“自责”、“幻想”、“退避”、“合理化”等消极应付方式与身心健康各因

On nursing speciality: Male obtained higher scores than female (P0.01)and the contract nurses obtained higher scores than nurse practitioners (P0.05); On workload and working environment dimensions: Nurses with 1-5 years experience of nursing work obtaine

(2) Most of the OR nurses chose “solve the problem” and “seek help”as primary ways to deal with work
11、 pressure; Nurses more than 40 years old were more aptitudinal to choose “rationalization” as a way to deal with work pressure (P0.05); Supervisor nurses obtained higer scores on “rationalization” than nurses (P0.05). (3) OR nurses obtained higher scores on “subjective support” and “social support a
12、vailability”; The contract nurses obtained higher scores than nurse practitioners on“social support” and “subjective support” (P0.05) ;Nurses who was belonged to “20-” age group gained lower scores on“social support” and “social support availability” than other age groups (P0.05). (4) OR nurses phys
13、ical and mental health state were better than norms (P0.01). (5) “Self-accusation”, “fantasy”, “rationalization” and “withdraws” were ways positively correlated with work pressure, on the contrary, “handle with problem” was the way negatively correlated with work pressure (P0.05); “Objective support
14、” was negatively correlated with work pressure (P0.05);“handle with problem” and “seek help“ were negatively correlated with mental health (P0.05); “Self-accusation”, “fantasy”, “rationalization” and “withdraws” were negatively factors correlated with mental health (P 0.05). Conclusion: OR nurses ex
15、ist moderately occupational stress and good conditions of mental health. Nurses of different demographic characteristics exist different levels of working stress, social support, and mental health, etc. Work stress, social support, and mental health has a certain degree of correlation.
