1、 西安建筑科技大学工程硕士学位论文 豫南某支线机场改扩建项目经济效果评价 专 业:项目管理 硕 士 生:龚博闻 指导老师:胡长明 教授 兼职导师:刘忠春 高级工程师 专 业:项目管理 硕 士 生:龚博闻 指导老师:胡长明 教授 兼职导师:刘忠春 高级工程师 摘 要 近年来,加大对支线机场的建设与发展成为航空运输变革的重要组成部分。发展支线航空不仅是社会经济发展的客观要求,也是我国全面建设小康社会的迫切需要。 本文以豫南某支线机场为例,对其通航可行性进行研究。本文首先通过定义支线机场内涵,明确豫南某机场的性质及其建成后对豫南及周边地区经济建设、旅游发展以及中原地区机场布局所起到的作用。其次,对豫

2、南某机场的旅客和货邮吞吐量进行预测,为保证预测的精确性,通过经济相关预测法、交通运输相关预测法、旅游人数相关预测法,得出豫南某市的航空旅客吞吐量的预测平均值;通过旅客吞吐量相关法和交通运输相关法对豫南某机场货邮吞吐量进行预测,得到了豫南某市的货邮吞吐量预测平均值。再次,通过对比国外和我国在支线机场建设的融资模式方面,分析了影响支线机场建设的主要因素,提出了豫南某机场今后在支线机场建设时可以采取的几种融资模式。 最后建立豫南某机场综合效益评价指标体系,建立了包括财务评价、国民经济评价、区域影响评价等的层次模型,利用模糊层次综合评价法,对机场经济效益进行综合评价,得到该机场改扩建工程项目综合效益评

3、价,从而反映该项目的投资可行性,以指导项目进展。 建设豫南某机场有利于构建豫南某市立体交通运输体系,改善投资环境,进一步强化区位优势,加快地区经济发展,是非常必要的,也是可行的。研究结果可为豫南某市支线机场提供参考。能够科学准确的对未来的发展趋势做出判断,为豫南某机场的合理建设和建成后的良性运行提供参考依据。 关关 键键 词:词:支线机场;旅客货邮吞吐量;融资模式;综合效益评价;可行性 西安建筑科技大学工程硕士学位论文 The economic effects estimation on the Airport in the South of Henan Province for Recons
