2、南某机场的旅客和货邮吞吐量进行预测，为保证预测的精确性，通过经济相关预测法、交通运输相关预测法、旅游人数相关预测法，得出豫南某市的航空旅客吞吐量的预测平均值；通过旅客吞吐量相关法和交通运输相关法对豫南某机场货邮吞吐量进行预测，得到了豫南某市的货邮吞吐量预测平均值。再次，通过对比国外和我国在支线机场建设的融资模式方面，分析了影响支线机场建设的主要因素，提出了豫南某机场今后在支线机场建设时可以采取的几种融资模式。 最后建立豫南某机场综合效益评价指标体系，建立了包括财务评价、国民经济评价、区域影响评价等的层次模型，利用模糊层次综合评价法，对机场经济效益进行综合评价，得到该机场改扩建工程项目综合效益评
