4、免 费 For free步 步 骤骤三 三 : : 面面试试Step Three: Interview模 拟 面试组 织 委 员 收到完整申请后为 申 请者 进行面试遴选 ， 如 学 生 未 能 亲 往面试地 点 ， 视为 自动 放 弃 参 赛资格 。 面试阶 段 会 衡 量申 请者 的 沟 通 能 力 、 学 习 能 力 、 事 业 规划 、 工 作 经 验、 问题解决 能 力 、 商 业 道德 理 解以 及 其 他 相 关 能 力 。 We conduct personal interview with short- listed applicants residing in Hong K
5、ong and in Asia where possible. Otherwise the qualification will be canceled. Motivation, interpersonal and communication skills, career plans and maturity will be assessed during the interview.步 步 骤骤四 四 : : 行行政 政 决 决 定 定Step Four: Admissions decision模 拟 面试组 织 委 员 会 的 评估 是 基 于 申 请者 提 供 的 信 息 以 及 申 请

Admissions decisions are not formula- driven but depend on an applicant s overall prof

MIP) (a) 申 请人 只 能 就 此 次 项目 填 写 一 份 申 请书 。 Applicant should complete one a
11、pplication form for this program.(b) 请用 黑色墨 水 笔 或 原 子 笔 ， 以 正 楷 填 写 各 项。 Please complete every item in block letters and in black ink.(c) 申 请人 须填 妥 申 请书 各 项， 并 提 供 正 确 数 据 。 如 空 位 不 敷 填 写 ， 申 请人 应 另 页详列 有 关 资料 ， 随申 请书 附上 。 Please ensure that all parts in the form are completed and the information is

14、y.(e)申 请人 在 本 申 请书 内 所 提 供 的 个 人 资料 ， 将 用 于 项目 以 及 其 他 与 有 关 的 事 宜 上 。 如 有 需要， 有 关 资料 可 能 会 送 交 获授 权 处 理 有 关 数 据 的 部门及 其 他 组 织 或 机 构 ， 用 以 进行与 项目 有 关 的 事 宜 ， 例 如 学 历 评审 、 体 格 检 查 、 雇主 推 荐 及 操 守 审 查 等 。 在 一 般 情 况 下 ， 未 获取 录 申 请人 的 数 据 将 于 其 落 选 日 期 后 12个 月 全 部销毁 。 The personal data provided in this f

It may be provided to related departments and other organizations or agencies authorized to process the information for purposes relating to recruitment by and employment with the Government e.g. qualifications assessment, medical
16、 examination, employer reference and integrity checking, etc. as may be necessary.
