1、 I中 文 摘 要 本文从探讨生命科学理论与伦理学的多元化关系入手，分析其对人性系统发展的影响，辩证地探讨了两者的相互促进性和制约性。生命科学有悖于人性的伦理道德以至于法律，但从复杂性思维看，生命科学为整体把握人性提供了基础，提升了人性的价值， 分析了生命科学与人性的辩证关系。 本文试证明生命科学是人的科学，不是理性的科学，纯粹的科学理性是对人性的背叛。目前人类困境有人性的根源，也有科技的根源。 然后分别论述： 从自然性看， 生命科学作为人与自然关系的中介，对人的身、心及其和外部自然界的关系发生作用；从社会性看，它作为一种社会建制，虽有助于变革社会关系，但不能解决全球化中日益复杂的社会问题；从
2、意识性看，它作为逻辑理性的产物，只有接受价值理性才能趋于完善。从个性看，它是匿个性而寻求共性的结果，与个性之间矛盾突出；从价值性看，它只实现人性价值和人格目标，才具有内在合法性；从提升性看，人的正当合理的需要使生命科学推动人性健康发展。 本文分别从动力关系、价值关系、规约关系论述生命科学与人性的辩证关系，正当合理的需要推动科技人性化，有助于提升人性境界，异化的人性则驱使科技走向异化， 并可能最终取缔人性； 生命科学中的基因科技不能仅依技术逻辑改造人性，而应提高人协调自己与自然关系的能力；受科技的规约，人必须遵循客观的物性和人性规律，生命科学的对象、手段、方向和目标要受人性规约；它对大自然的解构
3、与私有集团利益的结合，使其好处为某些人享有，恶果则必然由全人类来承受。人性的生命科学与人本文明，论述了物性科技与物本文明的含义及其历史性和现实困境，和人道主义与自然主义相统一的原则，主张遵循自然的整体规律，以人之身心关系、人天关系的和谐及层次的提高为科技的最高目的。人类走出困境的惟一选择是， 以“自知”和“澄明”的人性驾驭生命科学的发展， 由生命科学转向人性科学，由物本文明转向人本文明。 关键词：生命科学；人性系统；人性规律 IIIABSTRACT This article begins with the using the integrity on the ethics level and
4、Humanistic way of thinking, the paper discusses and demonstrates, which is contrary to humanity ethics and even laws. While if seen from thinking in complexity, life science sets a stage for a whole grasp of humanity, enhancement of human values. Also, this paper analyzes the dialectic relations bet
5、ween life science and humanity and tries to prove the fact that technology is mans not for the sake of rationality. Pure technical rationality is nothing but betrayal of humanity. Currently, the embarrassed condition of human beings has roots in both humanity and science-technology. Then, the paper
6、respectively discusses these points. Seen from natural point, technology, as the intermediary between human and nature, has exerted influence on the mankinds body, mind as well as their inter-relation with the external nature; in the eyes of sociality, a social institution as it is, science-technolo
7、gy is conducive to the change of social relation but still incompetent to solve the increasingly complex social problems during globalization; in the consciousness level, as the product of logical rationality, technology could become perfect gradually only if value rationality is accepted; seen from
8、 the individuality, technology is the result of seeking similarity while hiding individuality thus it poses a sharp contradiction with individuality. In the level of the value, only it realize human values and personality goal, does technology possesses the inner legitimacy. In the light of the spac
9、e for improvement, peoples reasonable demands motivate the science and technology thus the healthy development of human nature. The dialectic relations between life science and humanity are discussed from dynamic relation, value relation and statute relation. Reasonable demands motivate the humaniza
10、tion of life science which is conducive to the improvement of human realm, while humanity alienation cause life sciences alienation and eventually eliminates humanity. Gene life science shouldnt merely depend on technological logic to transform human nature IVbut the aim is expected to be the improv
11、ement of human capability to coordinate their relation with nature. Restricted by science and technology, people have to abide by the objective physical property and humanity laws; object, means, direction and goal of technology are restricted by humanity. Technologys deconstruction of the nature, c
12、ombined with the interests of privately-owned groups, makes the benefits belong to a small number of people while evil consequence endured by the whole body of mankind. Humanly life science and humanistic civilization discuss the definitions of physical technology and material-centric civilization,
13、their historical significance and the realistic dilemma. Also, it deals with the principle of unification of humanism with naturalism, advocating the abidance of natures overall rules and making peoples body-mind relation, harmonious relation between human and nature and the improvement of levels th
14、e ultimate goal of life science development.When the paper goes to its conclusion, it explains that the only choice for people to get out of trouble is to steer the life science development with the “self-knowledge” and “clarification” humanity, from the physical life science to humanly science and
15、material-centric civilization to humanistic civilization.
