5、管理事务，并从理论上加强对其的理解研究，做到用理论指导实际经济事务。 站在公司管理者立场，由于公司财务管理的方式与经营投资者的效益有直接联系，并且也直接影响到企业部门、业务拓展等经营发展战略、企业经营方式的变动等，故财务信息资源是企业重要的战略资源之一。在管理财务事务中，提高信息处理的效率与准确度是企业管理者追求的目标。通过不断摸索与实践，国内财务管理软件日趋成熟，不难发现，“优胜劣汰”是在激烈竞争中生存的法则，能够发展壮大的软件势必最大程度满足管理者需求。但是，每个企业又具有自身的经营特点和对财务信息的不同需求，因此，必须结合企业本身对财务软件进行改进和细化。 文章首先对企业财务管理系统现状
6、进行了客观论述并指出了其存在的不足之处；其次，比较分析了一些大型企业财务管理软件的设计与组成，在此基础上，结合本企业的财务管理需求对财务管理信息系统进行了分析，力求扬长避短，设计出一款快速、能全面处理企业财务事务而且能满足企业需求的财务软件。 最后，文章主要介绍了自己设计的软件系统。考虑到信息的性质与复杂程度，该系统分成了凭证管理、记账管理、账簿管理、报表及财务分析、年末财务决算和系统管理 6 个管理部分。 关键词关键词：企业；财务管理；数据库；权限 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Financial management is to constitute the enterpris
7、e management system branch, with the enterprise management in all areas and stages. Benefit from domestic economic system reform gradually,though the managers attach great importance to modify and supplement of enterprise financial management system, and strive to handle financial management scienti
8、fically, and strengthen theory study on the theoretical guidance, do real economic affairs. In the companys management standpoint, because the associated directly with the company financial management pattern and business investor benefits, and also directly affect the enterprise department, worksho
9、p and other strategic, management of change, the financial information resources as one of important strategic resources. In the management of fiscal affairs, improve the information processing efficiency and accuracy is the enterprise managements target, the software industry has to take this oppor
10、tunity to research development, information technology and financial management software. Through continuous exploration and practice, more mature domestic financial management software, it is not difficult to find, “survival of the fittest“ is to survive in the fierce competition rules, to develop
11、software is bound to the maximum extent to meet the management demand. Firstly, the status of enterprise management is expounded objectively and points out the improper management phenomenon exists; secondly, comparison and analysis of the design and composition of some large enterprise financial ma
12、nagement software, on this basis, this paper improved the existing processing software, weaknesses, and strive to design a fast and comprehensive treatment of enterprise financial affairs software. Finally, the article focuses on the design of their software systems. In consideration of the nature o
13、f the extent and complexity of the information, the system is divided into 6 parties which are voucher management, billing management, management books, reports and financial analysis, financial accounts and systems management.
