1、 芜湖市鸠江区工业经济发展战略研究 摘 要 芜湖市鸠江区工业经济发展战略研究 摘 要 工业化是当今经济社会发展的主要动力和支撑，是实现现代化必须经历的发展阶段。党的十七大提出要加快转变经济发展方式，推进经济结构战略性调整和产业结构优化升级，坚持走中国特色新型工业化道路。本文以芜湖市鸠江区工业经济为研究对象，从鸠江区工业经济的现状、发展机遇和挑战、发展战略及对策等方面进行了系统地研究，结论认为：芜湖市鸠江区的工业经济正处在工业化发展的初期，工业经济发展较快且有一定的基础，但与周边发达地区的发展相比仍有较大地差距，而且工业经济发展的产业层次较低，链条较短，外向度不高，对整个经济发展的拉动作用不是很
2、明显。二是在未来一段时期内，芜湖市鸠江区工业经济增长速度年均可达 20%以上，随着工业经济和第三产业的加快发展，鸠江区的经济结构将趋于更加合理。三是芜湖市鸠江区的工业经济发展既有历史机遇也面临着严峻挑战，相对有利的区位地理优势，独特的资源环境、以及皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设、合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区、国家技术创新工程试点省等政策为鸠江区的工业发展提供了有利条件，但是基础薄弱、投入不足、竞争激烈等在一定程度上为鸠江区工业经济的发展提出了严峻的挑战。四是鸠江区应从资源优势、区位优势和产业基础出发进行定位，初步形成以高技术产业为先导，支柱产业为基础，新兴产业加快发展的产业格局，将鸠江区建成国内
