4、在国民经济中的地位越来越重要，建筑市场竞争也越来越激烈。建筑施工企业要想在激烈的竞争中求得继续生存下去的机会，并能得到很好的发展，就必须在保证质量的前提下成本还要减少，成本的减少不只是要减少合格成本所带来的损失，而且还要减少不合格成本所带来的损失，这里的不合格成本主要就是指的质量成本，要想减少质量成本在施工生产过程中所带来的损失，就需要对质量成本进行管理。一个建筑施工企业通常会承接很多个工程项目，所以，进行质量成本管理的工作就应该从工程项目做起。建筑施工企业工程项目开展质量成本管理能够使企业的全面质量管理理论得到发展和完善，增强建筑施工企业之间的竞争力，可以为企业带来巨大的经济效益，使企业在激
5、烈的竞争中生存并发展下去。 本文通过理论研究以及实例分析相结合的方法对质量成本管理进行了研究。首先通过国内外研究现状，研究了质量成本管理相关的理论基础，根据对质量的理解，提出了质量成本观，对质量成本的内涵进行了一定的补充。然后根据建筑施工企业的特点，分析了建筑施工企业工程项目质量成本管理的相关理论，并重点研究了质量成本管理环节中的质量成本预测，根据研究，质量成本的预测方法已经有很多，并已应用在了工程项目的质量成本预测中，对于在进行质量成本预测时，哪一种方法所预测出来的质量成本更加准确，并且风险更小，而且稳定性更好，相应的就提出了云模型，并把云模型应用在质量成本预测方案的选择上。最后通过案例，研
6、究了云模型在质量成本预测方案选择上的可行性。 关键词：质量成本；质量成本管理；工程项目；质量成本预测；云模型 建筑施工企业工程项目质量成本管理研究 II Abstract With the development of Chinas economy, the construction industry in the national economy is becoming more and more important, more and more intense competition in the construction market. Construction enterprises

In this paper, theoretical research and case study method of combining the cost of quality management. First through the research situation, the theor

Then according to the characteristics of the construction enterprises to analyze the cost of construction enterprise project quality
11、management theory, with an emphasis on quality cost management aspects of quality cost projections, according to the study, the cost of quality prediction method has a lot of, and application in the quality of project cost projections for the cost of carrying out quality prediction, the predicted co
12、st of quality which method is more accurate, and less risk and better stability, the corresponding cloud model and the cloud model is applied to the choice of quality cost scenarios. Finally,through case study the feasibility of the cloud model in quality cost scenarios choice.
