3、发展中的农业大国， “农村经济的发展，农业产业的转型，农民收入的增加”一直是国家战略方针的重点内容。因此，如何有效的发展农村金融机构，促进农村经济的增长长期以来都是国内外广大学者探讨的重点课题。云南省地处我国西南边疆，农业一直是云南省的经济支柱产业。然而，由于云南省特殊的地理位置以及环境因素的影响， 严重制约了农村经济的发展， “三农”问题就显得尤为突出，是我国极具代表性的农业省份。因此，本文选取云南省农村地区为主要研究对象，旨在通过对云南省农村金融发展与经济增长关系的实证分析找出农村金融发展的问题与不足，为农村金融体制改革提出政策建议，希望以此为我国农村金融改革的推进献出自己的绵薄之力。 本
4、文首先对国内外农村金融理论，农村经济增长理论相关文献进行了梳理和回顾，进而寻找出适合本文论题实证的研究方式。其次，本文对云南省农村金融机构发展历史以及目前的发展状况做了简单的介绍，对云南省农村经济发展的现状做了进一步的总结。然后，本文对云南省 1991 年-2011 年农村金融机构与经济发展的相关数据进行了收集和处理，选出农村金融机构发展规模指标，农村金融机构发展效率指标以及农村经济增长指标，运用单位根检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果检验，对云南省农村金融机构发展与农村经济增长关系进行了实证分析，并对实证结果进行了深入的探讨，寻找出了云南省农村金融机构发展的制约因素。最后，本文通过对这些影响因素的深
5、入分析，提出了相应的政策建议以期完善和发展农村金融机构支持农村经济增长。 本文的研究结论主要是：目前云南省农村金融机构的发展相对滞后，阻碍了农村经济的增长。造成这种问题的原因在于云南省农村金融机构发展中存在诸多不足从而影响了农村金融机构在云南农村地区的作用机制。云南省需要从农村金融机构的发展规模、结构、效率等方面进行更加深入的改革和完善，才能够更加有效的发挥出其对云南省农村经济增长的支持作用。 关键词：农村金融机构；经济增长；金融发展；实证分析Abstract II Abstract China is a large， developing country especially in term
6、s of agriculture， with its prominent national strategy focusing on “the development of rural economy， the transformation of rural industry， the increasing income of peasants”. Therefore， a main issue with regard to how to efficiently develop financial institutions in rural areas and how to boost the
7、 economy in countryside has been frequently discussed by both domestic and international scholars in the long term. Yunnan province is situated in the very southwest of China， and agriculture is the predominant industry within it. However， due to the special geographical location and environmental f
8、actors of Yunnan， which is a typical agricultural province within China， its rural economy has been severely restricted. Under this context， the issue of agriculture seems to be outstanding. Hence， with the aims of finding out the problems inside the process of rural financial development， this diss
9、ertation selected rural areas of Yunnan as the main research field， and meanwhile， conducted empirical analysis between financial development and economic boost of Yunnan province in order to make suggestions for rural finance regime and to contribute to the enhancement of Chinese rural finance refo
10、rm. This dissertation first rearranged and reviewed a mixed of relative document with respect to rural finance and economy theories published both domestically and internationally. And then strived to discover proper research methods for demonstrating this article. In addition， this essay conducted
11、a brief introduction for both the historical rural finance development and the current developmental condition of Yunnan， and proceeded to further description in regard to the current condition of rural economic development of Yunnan. Furthermore， this essay collected and processed relevant data of
12、rural finance and economic development within Yunnan province during two decades from 1991 to 2011， and then picked out certain indicators in relation to the scale of rural financial development， efficiency of rural Abstract III financial development and relationship of rural economic development. A
13、fter that， this essay successively implemented unit root test， co-integration test and Granger Causality test with the purpose of empirically analyze the relationship between rural finance and economic development within Yunnan province， of deeply arguing the outcome of empirical analysis， and of fi
14、nding out factors restricting the financial development of rural areas of Yunnan. Lastly， this essay addressed deeper analysis for those influential factors and accordingly raised up certain policies and suggestions in order to complete and progress rural financial institutions to boost rural econom
15、y. The primary conclusion of this essay is: the situation of rural financial development is relatively delay in Yunnan， which impeded the economic growth of countryside. The causation of this circumstance is that the flaws within the financial development of Yunnan rural areas negatively affected the way how rural finance impact villages. For the sake of more effectively supporting the economic growth， Yunnan province
