1、南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 I摘 要摘 要 风险企业家作为风险企业的经营者，同时也作为风险投资家的代理人，其地位的重要性越来越得到广泛认同。本文通过对风险企业家的胜任能力进行评价，为风险投资家改进投资决策提供依据。 本文主要研究风险企业家胜任能力的评价系统的构建。 首先，作者从文献研究出发，在分析当前风险投资评价的误区的基础上，重点强调对风险企业家评价的必要性，并借鉴系统工程中的和谐管理理论观点，提出风险企业的和谐管理模式。 其次，作者利用对风险投资相关行业人士的调查问卷所取得的调查资料，筛选出行业相关人士公认的高频次的反映风险企业家胜任能力特征变量， 并对这些特征变量进行频次分析和影响因素
2、分析， 并进一步讨论不同人群对风险企业家胜任能力特征变量的认知差异， 根据 Spencer 的理论对筛选出的胜任能力特征进行分类。 再次，作者对回收的专家调查问卷，利用层次分析法(AHP)确定电子信息行业风险企业家胜任能力特征变量的指标权重， 从而建立适用于该行业风险企业家胜任能力评价系统，实现胜任能力评价由定性到定量的转化。 最后， 作者应用所构建的评价系统对南京博芯电子技术有限公司的总经理的胜任能力进行模糊评价，并结合该公司的实际情况，对结果进行分析。 本文在规范研究和实证研究的基础上所构建的风险企业家胜任能力评价系统，能较为直观的反映风险企业家胜任能力的构成要素和要素之间的相对重要性；

4、ance for venture capitalist through appraising venture enterprisers competence. This article mainly focuses on the appraisement system for competence of venture enterprisers. Firstly， from the research of literature， based on the analysis to current venture investment appraisement mistake， author em
5、phasizes the importance of appraisement of venture enterprisers; and using the viewpoint of “HEXIE” theory， put forward the “HEXIE ” managentment mode for venture enterprise. Secondly， through the materials from reclaiming the questionnaires to the correlative venture investment calling persons， sel
6、ect out the high frequencies those are voted， make the frequencies analysis and the factor analysis， discuss the different people cognition， then staple the venture enterpriserscompetency according to the Spencers theory. Thirdly， through reclaiming the questionnaires to the experts， adopt the AHP t
7、o make the index values of weights of competence of venture enterprisers in information calling， construt the competence of venture enterprisers appraisement system of information calling，achieve change of determining the nature to quantity.
