4、于我国滞后的国家医疗体制无法满足人们的健康需求，使得两者的矛盾与日俱增。目前，我国现有的国家医疗服务体系服务的主要对象是已经生病的患者，并没有专门的机构为亚健康人群提供服务。我国医疗服务体系应该从整体入手全面地解决群众的所有医疗需要，包括亚健康人群。湖南水府国际健康城正是基于上述背景， 以为消费者提供全面的健康服务为目的而提出的全方位健康解决方案，针对不同的消费者制定特定的健康服务，在此基础上着力提升大众健康意识。 水府国际健康城这种提供全面服务及整体健康解决方案的模式不仅具有强大的竞争力，并且该项目的理论性和实践性问题更值得进一步的探讨和研究。 本课题对国内外已有的可行性研究相关理论进行了综
5、述， 在理论分析的基础上，分析了水府国际健康城在当前市场环境下的需求状况、建设规模、场址选择等， 对水府国际健康城的项目进行了具体分析，提出了项目的建设规模和建设意义，并通过对湖南水府国际建康城项目的整体分析，制定了投资估算计划和资金筹措方式。 同时， 对水府国际健康城进行了财务评价、 社会评价和环境影响评价。 本文旨在将理论与实践相结合，通过分析水府国际健康城项目的可行性，尝试为该项目的实施制定一个合理的建设方案， 并设计合理的投资预算采取合适的资金筹措方式，保证实施该项目将会对社会产生积极而深远的影响。 关键字：湖南水府；国际健康城；可行性研究 Abstract Nowadays, The
