2、on Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Pei Siyin Supervisor：Prof. Guo Conghui Changan University, Xian, China i 摘 要 伴随着高校多校区的建设，高校图书馆多馆并存现象不可避免。多校区高校的管理相对单一校区高校而言，面对的情况更为复杂，管理难度也更大，作为高校管理重要组成部分的高校图书馆管理，也面临着如何合理配置不同校区间图书馆的图书资源、提高资源利用率、分配人力资源、创新服务等问题。 目前国内外关于高校多校区图书馆的研究，主要集中在本科或专科合并类高校多校区图书馆的
3、研究，对于自我发展型高校多校区图书馆的研究还比较欠缺，自我发展型多校区高校图书馆同样也面临着组织结构调整、人员结构不合理、图书馆资源在多个校区间合理配置、如何创新服务等问题。怎样在资金和人员资源限制的条件下发展高校多校区图书馆建设，是目前亟待解决的问题，但是对于这方面的研究还仅仅局限在适当调整结构、加强图书馆自身学科馆员建设、提供适当的虚拟参考咨询等理论研究的阶段，忽略了如何加强学校的重视程度、提高读者忠诚度以得到读者捐赠和通过发展志愿者活动从而弥补人员不足等问题的实践。 本文是以作者工作的西安航空学院为例分析高校多校区图书馆管理存在的问题并探讨解决方案，以自我发展型专升本院校为研究对象，分析
4、学校图书馆自专科升级本科过程中的管理困难及服务创新，引入竞争机制和项目管理理论对多校区图书馆进行管理，并将项目管理的方法与员工的绩效考评结合在一起，提高馆员工作积极性、激励其自身发展，同时阐述了引入 ISO9001：2008 质量认证体系的重要性和可行性，结合SoLoMo（Social Local Mobile）的服务营销概念，重视信息服务和虚拟咨询的重要性，关注读者需求，为读者提供长期有效的信息服务，增加读者满意度，以获得读者忠诚。 现阶段，西安航空学院图书馆通过建立读者协会等志愿者活动、鼓励捐赠并对捐赠图书者授予荣誉馆员称号等方式弥补资金和人员不足等问题，同时论证 ISO9001:2008
5、质量认证体系在学校两校区图书馆实施的可能性，并开始筹备加入该质量认证体系。 关键词：高校多校区 图书馆 管理模式 服务模式 iii Abstract With the construction of multi-campus college, phenomenon of multi-library coexisting becomes inevitable. Therefore, the management becomes more complicated and difficult comparing with single-campus library. As important par
6、t of college management, library management are confronting problems such as resource allocation among different campus, how to promote resource utilization, human resource allocation and innovative service etc. At present, domestic and overseas, research on multi-campus library management and servi
7、ce mode mainly focus on undergraduate colleges or combined junior college, but research on self-developmental university is infrequent. Self-developmental colleges also confronting problems like organization structure adjustment, staff structure irrational, library resource allocation among differen
8、t campus, how to innovate service etc. Currently, the most urgent problem to be solved is how to develop college multi-campus library with limited fund and human resource. But existing research just stay at theory phase such as partly structure adjustment, strengthening self-subject librarian develo
9、pment, providing virtual reference consultant. But ignoring how to strengthen colleges attention, promote readers loyalty, thereby get donation from readers and make up human resource inadequacy. This thesis takes the library of Xian Aeronautical University as the example to seek the multi-campus li
10、brary management and service mode. It analyzes the management challenges and service innovation in the library in the terms of process from College to University. The competition mechanism and project management mode are introduced in the managing of multi-campus library and the holistic methodologi
11、es of project management are integrated with key performance indicator by the library staffs in order to actively motivate and support the self-development. Meanwhile, it elaborates the importance and feasibility of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification System and combines SoLoMo （Social Local Mob
12、ile）service marketing concepts, emphasis the significance of information services and virtual consultation. Furthermore it provides readers with long-term and high efficient service based on the sustainable demands analysis, continuously increase readers satisfaction in order to achieve the loyal re
13、aders. iv In the current stage, the library of Xian Aeronautical University executed the series activities such as established reader association, encouraged donations and awarded the reader with title of “honorary librarian” to solve the challenges of human resource and investment. At the same time
14、, the implementation possibility and feasibility of the ISO9001: 2008 Quality Certification System are demonstrated internally in the multi-campus library and started to make the preparation for fulfilling the ISO standard.
