4、 要 随着全球经济的发展，人们面临着资源紧缺、环境污染、生态破坏的窘境，在如何处理好经济发展与环境保护之间关系的思考与对之前发展模式的反思中， 人们逐渐认识到可持续发展的重要性。为此，我国新一代领导团队也清晰的提出了生态文明和美丽中国建设战略。生态工业园区作为生态工业建设和发展循环经济的主要基地，在生态文明和美丽中国的建设的过程中发挥着重要的作用。绿色物流是在“绿色革命”的思潮下兴起的新型物流发展模式，是符合降低了环境污染和减少能耗要求的。同时，随着我国对工业园区政策的转变，自身竞争优势的培养能为工业园区发展面临的新的问题，而物流配套服务能力是工业园区的可持续竞争力的重要体现。 因此，文章以生
5、态工业园区的绿色物流为研究对象，首先从两者之间的关系分析切入，通过采用定量与定性分析结合的方法，揭示生态工业园区与绿色物流之间互相推动的关系。具体而言，通过使用灰色关联模型，以中国工业和物流发展为研究对象，选用制造业中具有代表性的行业总产值和物流业中比较有代表性的年货运周转量为指标， 从宏观层面证明以制造业为主的工业园区与物流存在较高的关联性。 加上生态工业园区与绿色物流之间存在的相通的理论依据和相似的建设要求， 以证明生态工业园区与绿色物流之间的关系。其次，结合南昌高新技术生态示范区内物流实施现状，分析物流活动对环境的负面影响以及园区物流存在的问题进行细致的分析。再次，提出从园区物流活动产业
6、物流链园区物流支撑体系三个层面发展生态工业园区的绿色物流： a.园区物流活动绿色化是指园区单个企业（包括物流企业和制造企业）以及园区企业群的共同物流必须将其物流活动绿色化；b.以生态工业园区的主导产业为建设主体，构建绿色产业物流链，以循环经济为理论基础，在分析园区主导产业的物流需求量、需求特征及供需情况的基础上，构建正向物流链，同时根据生态工业园区建设要求，取园区固体废弃物为研究重点，分析生态工业园区废弃物物流链的构建内容及方法；c.以园区的绿色物流支撑体系为出发点，阐述园区绿色物流金融、园区物流信息平台和园区绿色物流发展政策支持的建设内容和要求， 其中绿色物流金融是结合物流金融理论研究和园区
7、金融体系建设实践而提出的，在目前的理论研究中尚不多见。最后，结合实例，具体介绍生态工业园区绿色物流建设的内容和方法。 关键词：生态工业园区；绿色物流；绿色物流金融 生态工业园区绿色物流发展模式研究以南昌高新技术开发区为例 II Abstract With the global economy, people are faced with the dilemma of scarcity of resources, environmental pollution and ecological damage, in how to deal with the relationship between
