5、统研究的背景和国内外医疗设备管理系统的研究和应用现状，医疗设备管理系统设计和开发的相关基础知识和技术。文章第三部分重点结合平阳县人民医院的信息系统应用现状和医疗设备管理系统使用需求对该院医疗设备管理系统的需求进行了分析，以业务流程图和数据流程图对该系统的计划采购管理、库房管理、计量管理、在用管理和质量管理等业务过程进行了重组和逻辑建模。第四部分以 IBM 提出的 HIPO 结构化软件建模技术对系统的各个模块进行了物理建模，并给出了系统的数据库设计模型。第五章以系统登录、主操作界面、采购申请、出入库操作、质量管理及后台用户管理等模块为例，详细论述了系统的实现，给出了系统部分测试用例并对系统进行了
6、测试。第六章对全文进行了总结和对系统未来情况进行了展望。 在本文作者与项目组成员的 3 个月辛苦努力下，平阳县人民医院医疗设备管理信息系统基本完成开发并投入使用。系统的应用提高了该院医疗设备从计划采购到库房的出入库、设备的领用和管理维护的各个环节工作效率的提高，得到了院领导、各科室领导和员工的好评。 关键词：关键词： 医疗，设备，库房管理，质量管理，平阳县人民医院 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT More than 30 years of reform and opening-up, our country enterprise information after a long Ch
