1、 I摘 要 电子政务是公共行政管理改革和衡量国家竞争力水平的显著标志之一。利用先进技术实现政府网上信息交换、信息发布、信息共享和信息服务，提高政府效率，为社会公众提供开放、便捷、高效的多元化服务，推动和加速整个社会的信息化进程。 本文主要研究电子政务中亟待解决的数据集成问题，采用技术研究和实际应 用相结合的方法，利用目前比较先进的 XML 技术、JMS 技术和工作流技术讨论解 决行业电子政务的数据集成问题的方法，并结合实际需求设计和实现了相关系统。具体内容有,设计和实现了基于 J2EE 平台的驾驶员管理系统。并讨论了处理行业电子政务遗留系统的方法。设计和实现了基于文件和数据的简单工作流系统。工
2、作流技术在电子政务 项目中有着广泛的应用，是数据集成平台的技术基础。研究了 XML 技术、 JMS 技术在数据集成中的应用； 探索结合工作流技术实现数据集成平台的方法。结合省、市和县三级公安交通管理部门业务实际情况设计和实现了一个基于 J2EE 平台，综合运用 XML、JMS 和工作流技术的数据集成中心。 关键词：关键词：电子政务 数据集成 工作流 XML JMS IIABSTRACT The E-governmental is one of most marked sign for evaluation the reforms of public administration managem
