1、南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文基于工作流网模型的机场救援系统设计与实现姓名：高海申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通信息工程及控制指导教师：韩松臣;汤新民20090101南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文I摘 要民航运输业作为我国快速发展的行业，安全问题一直是整个行业关注的焦点。机场是处理民航突发事件、实施应急救援工作的主体，机场应急救援工作所固有的紧急性和不可预测性，需要在短时间内完成危机态势及相关信息的获取、处理、分析以至做出决策。当前的机场救援工作过多依赖救援手册和人为经验的指导，极有可能出现应急失误，造成重大损失。因此，必须建立高效灵活的救援流程管理、决策手段和自动化的信息系统，提高救援工作效率，为机
2、场应急救援提供有力保障。本文利用工作流的思想，设计并实现了机场应急救援系统。在系统实现过程中，本文首先通过对救援过程的分析，明确了系统需求，对系统功能和总体结构进行设计；然后，通过对 Petri网和工作流技术体系的深入研究，将工作流 Petri 网构建到机场救援系统，并提出基于库所 P规则和关联组合的救援动态工作流网模型；同时，利用细化理论和随机 Petri 网性能等价方法对所建模型行为进行正确性和时间性能分析，验证了此救援工作流模型应用于机场应急救援系统的可行性和通用性；最后，采用救援流程控制算法，结合 J2EE 开发平台，实现了基于工作流网模型的机场救援系统。该系统能够提高救援效率，为实际

However, the interior emergency andunpredictability attribute of airport emergency plan needs the collection, disposal, analyse ofemergency information and related data colud be disposed in a very short time. Current airport rescuework relies more on the man- made rescu
5、e manual and commander s experience, there will be mostlikely to result in the rescue work misplaying and tremendous loss.Therefore, a highly efficient andflexible process management rescue, the decision- making tools and automated information systemsare needed which are used to improve efficiency o
6、f rescue efforts, emergency rescue at the airport toprovide strong protection.This paper design and realize an airport emergency rescue system based on workflow ideas. In theprocess, the rescue process is analyzed firstly, and the overall architecture is designed based onsystem requirement. Then, Pe
7、tri- net workflow is studied in order to construct airport emergencyrescue system .a model based on P rules and the relief association rules is proposed, which providesan effectual method to airport rescue work .Furthermore, combining with the example, quantitativeanalysis and evaluation for the res
8、cue workflow model is conducted, which verify the model andconduct the improvement of the model. Finally, the job- net model based on the airport rescue systemsis realized using rescue flow control algorithm and J2EE development platform. The system canimprove the efficiency of rescue, and provides
