4、，成功的例子更是不 多。与此同时，创业教育也没有深入人心，虽然大学生信心满满，但也无可奈何。因 此本文以吉首大学大学生创业为蓝本，旨在了解本校的大学生对创业的态度和行为， 以此为基础促使大学生创业问题的解决提供帮助。本文对吉首大学生的创业态度、准 备行为及相关因素现状运用问卷调查法和访谈法进行调查，研究发现：首先，吉首大 学学生对大学生创业的现实意义和理论意义有较清晰的认识，他们认为大学生创业是 实现自我价值、有效摆脱就难困难的有效途径。我们从吉首大学学生创业学习行为和 创业活动参与状况看，吉首大学学生的创业准备较好，有一定的创业意向，有一定的 学生参加过学校组织的创业培训，从而具有一定的创业
5、知识。其次，从创业宣传上看， 我国创业理念还没有深入人心，对于吉首大学学生而言，创业氛围不浓也是制约学生 学业的相关因素，同时资金和社会关系也是影响创业与否的重要因素。从调查结果可 知：吉首大学学生的创业态度较为端正，创业气氛不浓烈，创业准备和行为不足，这 些也是影响他们创业成功的重要因素。关键词：创业态度；创业行为；影响因素；吉首大学吉首大学本科生毕业论文IResearch on Innovative Undertakings of College Students in JiShou UniversityAbstract：The innovative project of the coll

First of all, students of JiShou University have a clear understanding of the practical significance and theoretical significance of the college students entrepreneurship, and lead them
