1、太原理工大学硕士学位论文基于GSM短信息的无线供水监控系统的应用姓名:谷晓黎申请学位级别:硕士专业:控制理论与控制工程指导教师:张国钧20090401太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 I基于 GSM 短信息的无线供水监控系统的应用 摘 要 随着无线通信、计算机监控、交流电机变频调速和编程控制器等技术的不断展完善,供水行业的控制水平经历了革命性的飞跃。本文根据山西某县山区居民生活供水的情况,在现有的技术落后的供水系统基础上,提出了一种功能更加完善的供水系统无线供水监控系统,它具有远程通信功能、远程监控功能和远程控制功能。它能根据用水用户的实际要求进行远程控制,满足用户的实际要求,为用户提高质量的供

2、水服务,解决了当前情况存在的很多不足。而且还对该系统中的多种设备和用水情况进行远程监控,从而及时得到供水系统中的各监控信息并对信息进行及时处理,保证该系统的正常运行,相信它将是现代农村供水系统的发展方向。该系统是无线远程通信技术、计算机监控技术、变频技术和 PLC 技术在具体设备系统中的具体应用。 在各项技术发展成熟的同时,又结合当地的特殊的地理位置,从而使有一些供水设施不得不建在距离人们较远的地方,从而使人们很困难去有效地管理它、利用它,更不能及时地了解他的情况,特别在中、西部的一些偏远山区村庄内,引用水问题一直是很严峻。由于地理位置的特殊性,很多种的新式供水方式在这一区域不能使用,这一问题

3、给当地的水利部门带来了很大的困难。他们只能通过靠人工作业的方法来完成这一供水过程。不仅浪费人力又浪费了财力。 随着以 PLC 系统为控制核心的在供水方式中的应用,同时伴随着通信技术的高速发展,手机信号已无处不在,加上短信息的开通,给我们的生活和社会带来了很大的方便,并推动者信息通信的迅速发展。为了使当地人们更好地管理和利用这些设施,我们可以对它们进行一些必要的数据监控,使这些水利部门的管理者随时随地都能知道这些设施的情况,这样既能节省人力又能避免一太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文 II些事故的发生。本文结合以上的问题介绍了采用以 GSM 网络为通信的通道,以PLC 计算机系统为控制核心, 同时应

4、用 RS232 串行通信方式将 PLC 系统与 GSM模块两者很好的结合起来,实现无线的数据采样、传输和控制,并且在上位机上绘制相应的组态画面和在控制柜上增加相应的数子显示仪表,来显示无线传输的数据,利用上位机与下位机进行远程通信来对这些特殊水源地泵房的实时数据进行采集、传输和监控。而且可以方便、快捷地在计算机上实现对供水系统的自动远程控制,实现定时定点的周期性的供水需求,从而达到对远端泵房实现无人职守的目的,满足这些地理条件特殊地区的供水需求。 具体内容包括以下几个方面: 1深入山区内部,了解当地的实际情况,掌握当地的现有实际条件。 2设计山上与山下以 PLC 为核心的供水系统,选择控制方式
