Terms of payment 报酬条款1.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Order, the final payment shall become due and payable to the Company 30 days after the date of the invoice issued upon completion of the Specified Services 除非定单另有说明，报酬应在特定服
5、务完成后发票开具日期起的30天内付给公司。1.2 Subject to the provisions of the Order if the provision of the Specified Services takes longer than 3 months to complete the Company shall be entitled to invoice the Client at monthly intervals for such part of the total price payable for the completed Specified Services as

Delivery交付4.4 The Output Material shall be delivered to the Delivery Address on the date or within the period stated in the Order. 输出材料应在定单所规定日期或时期内交到交付地址。4.5 Delivery shall be deemed to be made on posting, faxing or electronic delivery to a carrier, as the case may
13、be, and the risk shall pass to the Client. 根据实际情况，邮寄出、传真出或电子传送至运送者即视为交付完成，其后可能发生的风险由客户承担。3.3 Where a delivery date is a material part of the Contract this shall be stated in the Order and time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless this is specifically stated in the Order 如果交付日期是合同中的重要部分，则应
14、在定单中作出规定。除非定单中有明确的规定，否则交付的时间 不应作为重要因素。3.4 If in order to meet the delivery requirements of the Contract it is necessary to sub-contract all or any part of the Specified Services the Company shall have an absolute right to sub- contract to a person of its choice without further notice to the Client a
