1、摘要摘要本次设计以鲁中冶金矿山公司选矿厂现行的工艺流程为基础,结合其现场资料以及相关的理论知识,设计一个新的选矿厂。本次设计中,采用预先干选流程,将大块赤铁矿矿物预选分选出来,大块尾矿被作为筑坝材料被合理利用,这样有效地减轻了自磨机及以下各作业的负荷,降低了设备的磨损。流程采用自磨设备,其突出特点是钢耗低、铁污染轻、物料泥化轻、其破碎比上限可达 3000-4000,用一台自磨机可完成中碎、细碎、和粗磨 3 段作业,从而使生产流程大为简化,使基建费用和操作维护费用明显降低,节约了生产成本。由于破碎在采场进行,不再进行设计。球磨采用一段闭路流程,分为三个个系列,对应三个系列的磁选,将绝大部分磁铁矿

2、选出来,进入浓缩后不再分系列,重选将铜矿和剩下的细粒赤铁矿选出。重选和浮选的联合提高了浮选效率和铁矿的回收率。精矿和尾矿都进行了脱水作业,为避免精矿流失,采用浓缩和过滤联合流程,使精矿含水率大大降低,同时几乎不存在精矿流失现象。尾矿只需进行浓缩,然后打到尾矿库。整个流程设计遵循“设备大型化”的发展趋势。关键词:选矿厂,铁矿,设计,流程,工艺AbstractIAbstractThis design will base on the existing process of Luzhong metallurgical and mining company, combined with the on-

Both concentrate and tailings are dewatered and in order to avoid the loss of concentrate, we adopt the process of concentration combined with concentration, thus, the moisture content of concentrate is significantly reduced, at the same time, the loss of concentrate i

8、s nearly avoided. The tailings just need to be concentrated and then be put into the tailings. The whole process designed follows the development trend of “maximization of equipments“.
