2、（如投资者、债权人、企业经营者、审计和税务部门、中介机构等）通常会以特定目的对企业的财务状况进行分析。本文写作的目的，就是在借鉴国内外财务分析的理论和实践成果的基础上，以投资者的角度进行财务分析，为投资者提供有价值的信息和建议。本文采用规范性研究方法，将定性分析与定量分析相结合，打破传统方式，以广东众生药业有限公司财务报表为核心，搭建了以战略分析、财务效率分析、财务综合分析为一体的全方位分析体系。本文的主要内容为：第 1 章为绪论，主要介绍本文的选题背景与意义，本文的结构及研究方法。第 2 章为财务分析的基础理论，主要介绍财务分析的基础理论以及传统财务报析的缺陷和改进。第 3 章是广东众生药业
