1、2014 届航运管理专业毕业论文I航运上市公司效率分析摘 要：海运业伴随着全球贸易的发生进行着，海洋运输为世界本不合理的资源分配重新进行调整，实现了资源优化合理的分配及高效利用，为世界经济的发展起着无可替代的作用。航运业作为世界贸易的衍生产业，受到世界经济波动的影响。2008 年金融危机的发生，导致全球的经济快速下跌，海运业也遭遇了重创。航运上市公司作为海运的主体，我们应该对其进行效率分析探索，深入了解其运营，对海运业的发展及世界经济的恢复具有深远的意义。本文第二章通过分析当前我国航运业自身发展的优势，以及当前面临的威胁，最后查阅资料对我国航运业做现状分析，为后文进一步对航运上市公司做效率分析
2、做准备；第三章对数据包络分析法（DEA）模型的原理做介绍，分析选取指标的原理，通过综合考虑选取出适合的投入产出指标；第四章选取我国 12 家航运类上市公司 2010-2013 年的原始面板数据，运用 DEAP2.1 软件对航运上市公司的技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率进行测度分析，并针对部分公司的效率具体分析公司的经营情况，总结出一些利于公司改善经营的措施，最后针对 2013 年航运上市公司效率数据状况，分析当前我国航运上市公司经营状况及存在的问题，并对此作出一些利于公司发展的建议；第五章是对论文研究的总结，以及往后对此类航运上市公司效率方面研究的展望。本文采用的 DEA 是对各航运上市公司之间
3、运营水平的相对有效性测度，测得的效率值并不是绝对意义上的高低。但是还是在侧面反映出了当前我国航运上市公司的经营效率状况，并从中分析找出航运上市公司发展需要注意的问题，为我国航运业的发展起到积极的作用。关键词：航运；上市公司；效率分析；DEA航运上市公司效率分析IIShipping Efficiency Analysis of Listed CompaniesAbstract：Maritime industry is accompanied by the occurrence of global trade, ocean transportation helps to adjust the un

6、peration, it has a profound significance on the development of shipping industry and the recovery of the world economy.In the second chapter of this paper, through the analysis of its current development of Chinas shipping industry advantage, as well as the threat facing, finally analysis the curren
7、t situation of Chinas shipping industry by access to information. To prepare for the later further analysis of the efficiency of shipping listed companies. The third chapter analysis the principle of the model of data envelopment analysis(DEA), analysis of the principle of selecting indicators, by c
8、omprehensive consideration, finally selecting out the input and output index. The fourth chapter selects the original data of Chinese 12 shipping listed companies based on the year 2010 to 2013, and uses the software of DEAP2.1 to analyze the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale
9、 efficiency of the shipping listed company. Than according to the efficiency of some shipping listed companies, analyzes their state of operation and sums up some measures to improve business. Finally according to the shipping efficiency data of listed companies in 2013, analyze the current shipping
10、 operating performance of listed companies in our country and the existing problems, and make some good suggestions for the development of the company.
