One dramatic (unusual) change involves(卷入) the definition of scarcity(稀 少性定义). Like land, labor, and capital, co
6、nsumer attention span(消费者注意广度) has become a scarce commodity(商品). Department Commerce survey found out that more than 80 percent of managerial professional workers use a computer at work; this percentage has certainly gone up since then. The same survey found that college graduates are
