4、修保养工作。随着系统投入运行时间的增长，不可避免的出现设备及线路的老化，如不能及时对系统进行维护，一旦发生火灾火灾自动报警系统是人们为了早期发现火灾，并及时采取有效措施，控制和扑灭火灾，而设置在建筑物中或其他场所的一种自动消防设施，是人类同火灾作斗争的有力工具。一般认为，智能建筑以建筑为平台，兼备通信、办公、建筑设备自动化，集成系统结构、服务、管理及它们之间的最优化组合，创造一个高效、舒适、便利的生活或生产环境。智能化建筑应当具有四大主要特征，既建筑物自动化（BA）、通信自动化（CA）、办公自动化（OA）、布线综合化。智能建筑的核心是建筑物自动化、通信自动化、办公自动化的系统集成。火灾自动报警
