However, with the development of time, people begin to hold different opinions on him. This paper tries to analyze Shylocks dual character from the following parts
5、: The first part discusses the two extremes of his character: On the one hand, he is a brutal scoundrel, an avaricious miser and a contemptible clown. On the other hand, he is also a successful merchant, a responsible father and a brave warrior; the second part analyzes the reasons of this poor char
