1、1改善房地产市场调控问题研究改善房地产市场调控问题研究摘要房地产市场是我国市场经济的重要组成部分，同时又具有公共产品的特殊属性，对社会稳定和发展都起着非常重大的影响作用。我国的房地产市场既有市场经济的普遍规律，又因为社会性质和基本国情的影响具有一定的特殊规律，自从上世纪末我国开始推行市场化住房制度以来，整个房地产市场快速发展，呈现出越来越繁荣的景象，房地产市场的迅速发展满足和改善了人民群众的基本住房需求，但也出现了许多问题。政府在这个过程中一直在探索、尝试和执行一系列的政策与措施对房地产市场进行调控，这些调控措施在一定程度上取得了效果，但在调控环境、政策成熟程度、执行过程等方面都存在着较为深层
