4、有些考生对面试 做了过多的事先设计，面试中过于做作，一旦出现事先没有料到的情况就方寸大乱，不知 所措。这些都是考生要尽量避免的。研究生刘新群说，当考生在被导师问到自己确实没有学过或不知道的问题时，考生要坦诚 相告，或作适度分析，尽量避免胡乱猜测。导师一般可以接受考生对于某些知识不了解， 但比较反感考生不懂装懂，胡乱作答。此外在面试过程中，导师除了关心考生回答问题结论的准确性外，更关注考生回答问题过程中所表现出的能力和素质，如基础知识是否扎实、逻辑是否清楚、思维是否活跃、反应 是否敏捷、表述是否简洁明确、分析问题和考虑问题是否深刻、做事是否踏实等。“自报家门”吸引考官考生通过了考研初试，就说明达
5、到了考试大纲所规定的基本要求，考生要树立信心，并在 面试中运用一些技巧。延长自我介绍突出亮点面试必不可少的一环是自我介绍，也是考生唯一可以做完全准备的部分。如果考生能在此 部分适当增加“亮点”内容，充分介绍学习、生活和爱好，可加深考官的印象，赢得考官 的好感。考生可尽量说自己熟悉的领域，避开陌生的领域，充分掌握面试的主动权。第一问多从自我介绍中引出考官的第一个问题其实往往从你的自我介绍中引申而来。如:你介绍自己喜欢读书，那么考 官的问题极有可能问平时喜欢看什么书，你觉得这和你的专业有何关联等。了解这点后， 考生可事先在自我介绍里留下这样的伏笔，引发考官的兴趣。在考官询问时，有针对性地 进行回答
