1、模具滑移注射成型模具滑移注射成型:DSI模具滑移注射成型是(株)日本制钢所(株)日本制钢所为空心体和积层结构体的注射成型而开发的一种新的成型技术。就其原理而言,它包含 DSI-2M 和 M-DSI 两种工艺。在中,两个半开空心体的次成型品与模具一起滑动,闭模后,向其接合面注射次树脂以使其接合,从而获得空心体。则是在非空心结构中将种树脂层叠在一起。模具应有油压缸驱动的滑移机构。注射筒分为头式(种材料),和头式(种材料)两种。需要使用既可分别设定次半开体的成型条件和次接合树脂的成型条件,又可控制模具滑移和滑芯等的油压动作的专用成型机器。 动画动画 动作过程(1) 从筒(图中标为绿色)注射,然后成型

3、成型。1. 模具滑移的动作和定位精度非常重要。2. 必须设法使次成型品切实保持在固定侧。 3. 需要有次成型时的脱模对策。 4. 次成型时会在箱上形成环状,因此分流道浇口设计很重要。 5. 1 次成型品最好应有对接校准设计。 6. 接合部的形状设计(流道的宽度和深度、焊缝等)会影响气密性。7. 需要有接合部的隔热设计。 8. 还需要有接合部焊接对策(排气口、溢流等)。使用试验模具所做的接合特性评价的结果表明,作为结晶性工程塑料的 Duracon、Duranex 以及 Fortron 都具有充分的接合特性,并有望应用于各种项目。 成型条件概述成型条件概述 机筒温度模具温度DuraconDuran

6、laminated to form solid structure.The mold must have a sliding mechanism driven by a hydraulic cylinder. The injection cylinder is equipped with either 2 heads for 2 kinds of materials or one head for just one material. It is necessary to use special injection molding machines, in which respective m

7、olding conditions for primary and secondary molding can be set, and also the control of hydraulic operation for die-sliding, slidecores, etc, is possible.DSI-2MDSI-2M process animation M-DSIM-DSI process animation (1) A case and a cap are molded by the injection from the “A“ cylinder shown in green

8、in the figure.(2) The mold is opened, and the cap remains in the fixed half of the mold while the case moves to the movable half of the mold. The sprue and the runner drop out of the mold.(3) The movable half of the mold containing the case slides so as to fit the case with the cap by the mold clamp
