4、r supply temperature is 95, while the return temperature is 60 When outdoor temperature is below 25, SES system start up and provide onsite staff with appropriate environmental temperature 2.SYSTEM FUNCTION SES系统主要功能: 热水生产及分配系统(SES)为核岛通风系统提供热水,热水供水温度95, 回水温度60。 室外温度低于25,SES系统启动。以便为现场工作人员提供适宜的环境温度 SE

7、 Ventilation AUXLIARY STEAM SYSTEM UNIT 1 UNIT 2 FB Ventilation Other Users HOT WATER PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION SYETEM 3.SYSTEM DESIGN The heat produced by the reactor is transfered to steam generators second side and heats the main feed water into main steam。Part of main steam heat the water from

8、 auxiliary steam system(SVA) by a heat exchanger to produce auxiliary steam which is 1.2Mpa,188。 Auxiliary steam system provide the heat mainly to Turbine Gland Steam Sealing、 Deaerator、Waste Treatment and Hot Water Production system。 The auxiliary steam pipe from two units is connected。Unit 1 and u

9、nit 2 can supply auxiliary steam separately or simultaneously。Two electric boilers with each power of 30MW is set for backup of steam supply。 Water from hot water production and distribution is heated from 60 up to 90 by auxiliary steam through one steam-water heat exchange unit。 The steam-water hea

10、t exchange unit consists of two steam-water heat exchangers with a motor-drive control valve、two circulating water pumps、two filters and one pressure stabilizer。 When system is in operation ,one of the heat exchangers、pumps、 filters and valves is on and another is standby。When anyone of those equipm

11、ents in operation is failed , the another in standby will put into operation automatically. 3.SYSTEM DESIGN 蒸发器通过吸收一回路的热量,将主给水加热成为主蒸汽。一部分主蒸汽 通过一个热交换器加热来自辅助蒸汽生产系统的给水,产生1.2Mpa,188 的辅助蒸汽。 辅助蒸汽主要向汽轮机轴封系统、除氧器加热系统、液体废物处理系统以 热水生产系统提供热量。 两台机组的辅助蒸汽通过管网连接起来,互为备用,并有两台30MW的电锅 炉作为备用。 辅助蒸汽通过一台汽水热交换机组加热热水生产和分配系统的来

12、水,使之 从60被加热到90。 汽水热交换机组由2台汽水交换器、2台循环热水泵、2台水过滤器、 一台落地定压膨胀机组和管道等组成 热交换器、水泵及过滤器一用一备。运行中的任何一台汽水热交换器、 循环热水泵、水过滤器发生故障,备用汽水热交换器和热水循环水泵 和水过滤器会自动启动投入运行 3.SYSTEM DESIGN 热水通过分配管网分配到各个用户。热水系统为定流量系统。 热水系统配置有PLC自动控制系统,可以实现整个系统的控制、监测以及报 警功能。 自动控制系统与主控室DCS控制系统之间设有通讯,热水生产系统的重要参 数可在主控制室进行报警和指示。操作人员可在主控制室对本系统进行启 动与停止操

13、作。 3.SYSTEM DESIGN Hot water from heat exchanger is sent to the users by distribution pipe network。The flow of system is constant. Hot Water Production and Distribution system is controlled by PLC Control system which can realize controlling、monitoring and alarm function。 PLC Control system connect

14、to and communicate with DCS in main control room. Operators can turn on/off the Steam-water Heat Exchange Unit Check system operation parameters in control room。 3.SYSTEM DESIGN Flow chart 1 of SES 3.SYSTEM DESIGN 3.SYSTEM DESIGN Flow chart 2 of SES 1)SES system application evaluation SES system is

15、in good condition since put into operation, and meet the design requirements. Preventive maintenance of SES system is carried out every September . The system is put into operation at the beginning of October,and is turned off at April next year。 SES system can supply hot water with high reliability

16、 because of heat steam can be supplied from two units or electric boilers。 SES system can supply hot water to the whole company office or nearby residents after capacity expansion。 4、Nuclear Power Heat Supply Capacity Analysis 1)SES系统运行评价 热水生产与分配系统自从投运后运行状态良好,满足设计要求。 当前每年的九月份系统开始进行预防性检修,10月初投入运行。在下一年 的四月份停运,并启动保养程序。 该系统的热源来自两台机组,并有电锅炉作为备用,具有较好的可靠性。
