3、师生浏览。本人签名： 日期： 导师签名： 日期： I河北省业余体校田径教练员现状调查与发展对策研究河北省业余体校田径教练员现状调查与发展对策研究摘摘 要要与我国总体竞技体育发展相比，田径成绩的尴尬已经严重制约了总体水平的进一步提高。教练员是培养优秀运动员的专业技术人才，是业余体校田径训练工作的组织者和直接参与者，是选材、训练的策划者和控制者，是决定课余田径训练水平高低的关键人物。教练员分析问题和解决问题的能力，对于战略思想的运用和整体战术设计以及基础战术配合的组织都依赖于综合素质的提高。提高教练员的综合素质是时代发展的必然要求，业余田径训练教练员的现状，直接影响着业余体校田径训练工作开展及训练
4、任务能否顺利完成。河北省田径运动具有独特的特征，对其业余体校的教练员现状进行全面的调查研究，并提出相应的对策，对河北省田径运动的发展具有重要意义。本研究以河北省石家庄、承德、保定、沧州、廊坊、秦皇岛、邢台、张家口、邯郸、衡水、唐山等 11 个地级市业余体校在职田径教练员为研究对象。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等对河北省业余体校田径教练员现状进行调查分析，得出河北省业余体校田径教练员队伍存在的问题，并提出能够促进其发展的相关对策。研究结果显示：河北省业余体校田径教练员队伍的年龄结构、职称结构、学历结构是基本合理的，能够符合现代教练员基本素质的一般要求；业余体校田径教练员大多
5、都是由优秀运动员退役组成，但长期存在退役运动员学历和知识结构不够全面现象；河北省业余体校田径教练员带队训练的指导动机是很明确的，多数训练的科学化程度比较强，还有少数一部分人需要进一步提高；部分田径教练员从事科研动机不明确；业余体校训练条件差，训练经费少，部分教练员待遇低；田径教练员继续教育尚需大力开展。因此，应通过加强田径教练员队伍建设，提高其业务素质；强化科学选材，提高成材率；提高教练员科研能力，促进科研训练一体化；加大训练设施建设和训练经费方面的投资，适当提高物质条件；继续加强田径教练员队伍的岗位培训体系建设等对策促进河北省业余体校田径教练员队伍更好的发展。关键词：关键词：业余体校，田径教
