Gifts between business associates or trading partners are unnecessary and may even be detrimental to the development of a cordial and mutually beneficial business

6、to propose, or provide any X staffs any gifts, monetary reward, or other advantage in connection with any business dealings with X.我们严禁任何供应商在处理与我公司业务过程中向我公司员工提议或者提供礼物、购物卡或者任何其他 形式的利益。X staffs are not allowed to accept “Hong Bao” at Chinese New Year and the company will not accept any gifts from supp
