1、运行规程运行规程化学专业化学专业Foreword前言This procedure is prepared for standardizing operational run to guarantee safe and economic operation of unit 2600 MW . And this procedure is prepared basing on the reference like data, diagrams and manual from manufacturer, and also data from Designer , Installer and etc.

2、And this procedure is considerated as a working accordance for running and commissioning, and as a learning material for training program of recruits. After publication of this procedure, related technicians shall be familiar with this procedure. And this procedure is used for running and commission

3、ing of equipments of 2600MW Thermal Power Plant of ITPCL of India.This procedure comes into force from the date of publication.为保证 2600 MW 机组安全、经济运行,规范运行操作,特制定本规 程。本规程依据设备制造厂家资料、图纸、使用说明书,设计院、安装单 位等资料编制。本规程作为运行调试、操作的工作依据,有关技术、运行人员应熟知 本规程,同时也作为新入厂员工上岗培训学习的资料。本规程适用于印度 ITPCL 2X600MW 燃煤电站项目 2600MW 机组设备的调

OPERATION 4.0m(width)x2.0m(height):1set.钢闸门共设置了 3 套,规格如下:1.8m(宽)x2.0m(高):2 个;4.0m(宽)x2.0m(高):1 个。2.42.4Mobile cleaner and trash rack移动清污机及拦污栅移动清污机及拦污栅5 Mobile clean

5、er and trash racks shall be installed. The major parameter is:1.8m(width)x10.5m(height ): 4sets; 4.0m(width) x10.5m(height):1set. 移动清污机及拦污栅共设置了 5 套,规格如下:1.8m(宽)x10.5m(深):4 个;4.0m(宽)x10.5m(深):1 个。2.52.5 TravelingTraveling screenscreen 旋转滤网旋转滤网5 traveling screens shall be installed. The major paramete

6、ris:1.8m(width)x10.5m(height);4sets; 4.0m(width)x10.5m(height):1set.旋转滤网共设置了 5 套,规格如下:1.8m(宽)x10.5m(深):4 个;4.0m(宽)x10.5m(深):1 个。2.62.6Cranes起重机起重机2 Cranes shall be installed. The major parameter is: EOT crane scan=7.0m,height=15 m,cap=10t, 1set,used for lifting pumps and valvesin the house;Semi-port

7、al carne scan=11.5m,height=24m, cap=10t ,1set,used for lifting steel gate, mobile cleaner and trashrack,traveling screen outside pump house.起重机共设置了 2 套,规格如下:跨度 7.0m,起升高度 15m,起重量 10t 电动桥式起重机 1 个,用于泵房内的水泵及阀门的起吊;跨度 11.5m,起升高度 24m,起重量 10t 半门式起重机 1 台,用于泵房外钢闸门、移动清污机及拦污栅、旋转滤网的起吊。2.72.7 DrainageDrainage pum

8、pspumps 排污泵排污泵2 drainage pumps shall be installed. The major parameter is:Q=15m3/h H=15m,used for removing water in the valve well.排污泵共设置了 2 套,规格如下:Q=15m3/h H=15m,用于排除阀门坑内的积水。2.82.8Indoor sanitary system上下水上下水Indoor sanitary pipes shall be installed in the toliet of pump house.1overhead tank(cap:1m3

9、,HDPE) shall be located on the top of pump house.上下水管用于泵房卫生间内生活用水及生活排水的布置。屋顶上设置 1m3生活水水箱一个。63.3.Operation Anchor bolt is loosen;Motor and the axis is unbalanced, and bearing and rotation parts are damaged severely;Bearing and the rotating parts are worn severely;Rotating parts are loose or damaged;O

10、verload operation.泵内有空气或出口门开度太小;地脚螺丝松动;电动机和轴线不平衡,轴承与转动部分严重磨损;转动部分零件松弛或破损;超负荷运行。Get rid of air in the pump and turn up outlet opening;Contact for repair;Contact for repair;Stop pump and Contact for repair;Stop pump and Contact for repair;Reduce load.排除泵内空气,开大出口门;联系检修消除;联系检修消除;停泵,联系检修消除;停泵,联系检修消除;降低负荷

11、。3. Pressure gauge shows pressure, but there is still no water.Resistance of effluent pipe is too large.Impeller blocked.Remove the sewage in the impeller清除叶轮内的污物。133.压力表有压力,但仍不出水出水管阻力太大。叶轮堵塞。4. No water comes from water pump4.水泵不出水Inlet opening is not open or the core drops;No water or low water le

12、vel in water tank;Air is absorbed into pump;Impurities are in the pump。入口门未开或门芯脱落;水箱无水或水位太低;泵内吸入空气;泵内有杂物。Completely open inlet opening or contact for repair;Improve the water level of water tank, afterwards, start pump;Get rid of air in the pump;Contact for repair.全开入口门或联系检修;提高水箱水位后再开启泵;排除泵内空气;联系检修消

13、除。5. The water pump is making abnormal sound5.水泵声音异常Impeller and bearing are broken or rotating parts are loose. Impurities are absorbed into pump.Overload operation.叶轮.轴承损坏或转动部分松动。泵内吸入杂物。超负荷运行。Stop pump and contact maintenance personnel for repair;Stop pump, check and dispose;Adjust load.停泵.联系检修人员消

14、除;停泵检查处理;调整负荷。6.
