1、 中小企业成长论文：舒城县中小企业成长路径研究中小企业成长论文：舒城县中小企业成长路径研究【中文摘要】企业成长一直是国内外学者关注的课题。随着工业经济的发展,中小企业在解决就业、增加税收、出口创汇等方面发挥着大企业不可替代的作用。特别是在广大的县域地区,中小企业更是处于至关重要的地位。统计显示,中小企业占到舒城县工业企业总量的 99.8%,是舒城县工业经济发展的支柱力量。舒城县政府一直高度重视中小企业成长,采取了建设工业园区、提供优惠政策、政府联系企业等一系列措施推动中小企业成长。而且,随着国家级示范区皖江城市带承接转移示范区的设立,以及“合肥经济圈”概念的提出,舒城县作为其中重要战略区域之一
2、,中小企业成长面临着难得的发展机遇。然而,舒城县中小企业在成长过程中仍然有着管理、融资、创新、品牌建设等方面的问题。在此背景下,基于近年来在企业成长理论中占主流地位的 Penrose 的资源内生框架,并通过对由此框架形成的资源基础观、能力基础观、知识基础观三种企业成长理论进行对比分析,本文认为资源是企业成长的关键要素。本文通过对中小企业成长的研究发现,产业集群在沿海各省市推动中小企业成长的效果非常明显,它通过加强企业与企业、企业与政府、企业与科研单位以及企业与社会中介组织等之间的联系、互补和合作,能够使企业、政府、科研单位等共同形成以利益为导向、关系紧密的统一体,显现出强劲、持续的竞争优势。而
3、且舒城县产业集群的发展成果也较为显著,具有很大潜力。因此本文确定从产业集群资源这一视角出发分析舒城县中小企业成长存在的问题,思考中小企业成长如何摆脱困境,进而促进中小企业成长具有较大的现实意义。本文依据安徽大学与舒城县联合培养研究生创新基地课题“转型经济下舒城县企业成长路径研究”,在舒城县经济和信息化委员会领导的帮助下,通过资料阅读、实地考察、问卷调查和企业家访谈等,发现问题、寻找原因、调查论证、提出促进舒城县中小企业成长的思路。希望这些研究能够为舒城县乃至我国中部地区的县域的中小企业成长提供参考。论文的结构及内容主要分为五个部分：第一章为绪论。主要综述本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究思路、研究
4、方法和创新点等；第二章为中小企业成长路径与产业集群资源理论综述。这部分主要综述了企业成长、中小企业成长路径、产业集群以及产业集群资源的相关理论。通过对资源基础理论、能力基础理论、知识基础理论的论述和比较,选择了从资源基础理论的角度,探讨中小企业成长路径。又根据中小企业的特点,及产业集群的优势,最后从三种企业成长路径中选择了基于产业集群资源视角的中小企业成长的路径,并建立了基于产业集群资源视角的中小企业成长分析框架；第三章分析了产业集群内舒城县中小企业成长现状。主要分析舒城县中小企业的成长历程及现状,舒城县产业集群内中小企业的特征以及成长面临的问题,从产业集群资源视角,提出舒城县中小企业成长存在
5、问题的主要原因在于产业集群资源不充足。并根据对舒城县工业经济的调研,认为舒城县产业集群资源不充足主要包括政策资源支持力度不够,资金资源整合力不足,信息资源获取难度大,网络资源仍处于初步阶段等；第四章为基于产业集群资源视角的舒城县中小企业成长现状研究。首先说明问卷的设计思路和调查过程等基本情况,接着根据调研问卷,按照从全体到重点的思路,分别从全部产业集群和三个重点产业集群,对产业集群资源的丰裕程度进行比较分析,得出政策集群资源、资金集群资源、信息集群资源、网络集群资源缺失情况较严重,是舒城县产业集群内中小企业成长存在问题的主要原因。第五章为基于产业集群资源视角的舒城县中小企业成长路径探讨。主要提
6、出了从政府和企业两个层面提升政策集群资源、资金集群资源、信息集群资源、网络集群资源四种资源,进而促进舒城县中小企业成长。文章最后部分提出本文研究结论和研究展望。【英文摘要】Enterprise growth has always been emphasized by scholars. In solving the employment, export income, technical innovation etc., Small and Medium-sized Enterprises play a irreplaceable role. Especially in the vast co
7、unty area, SMEs also play an important role. According to the statistics, SMEs account for 99.8 per cent in total amount of Shucheng industrial enterprise. SMEs growth always has been attentioned by Shucheng government, which through lots of measures, such as constructing industrial parks, guiding i
8、ndustrial cluster development etc., promotes SMEs growth. With the establishment of the national demonstration area-the cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province and Hefei Economic Circle, as one of the areas, SMEs growth in Shucheng face a rare opportunity. However, SMEs growth in Shucheng a
9、re also facing restrictions, such as confusion of management level, restriction in financing channel, insufficient of innovation ability, brand construction problems and so on.In this context, through analyze enterprise growth theory, the paper augues that the resources are key elements of the busin
10、ess enterprise growth. through analyze SMEs, the study found that the effect that industry clusters in coastal provinces and cities promote SMEs growth is very apparent. Through strengthening the link, complementary, cooperation between enterprise and enterprise, government, research institutions an
11、d social intermediary organization, the industrial cluster can promote enterprises to form a close relationship between the entity, and showed a strong, sustainable competitive advantage. Because the results of industrial cluster in Shucheng is significant, there is a good practical issue that based
12、 on Resource of Industrial Cluster, analysising the reasons of dilemma in Shucheng SMEs, thinking how to promote SMEs growth.This paper lies on the issue “the research of enterprise growth path of Shucheng in transition economy” of joint training innovative base between Anhui University and Shucheng

With the help of Econamic and information committee, through did a lot of ground material reading, field investigation, questionnaire and entrepreneurs interview, author found problems, looked for reasons, investigated demonstration, got the results eventually. Hopes that this research will
14、 be beneficial for SMEs growth in Shucheng and the central districts.The paper structure mainly divided into five parts:the first chapter is introduction. Besides, according to the characteristics of SMEs, chose the industrial cluster resources as SMEs growth path of Shucheng, established SMEs growth analysis framework based on the industrial clusters resource; The third chapter is the analysis for current situation of Shucheng SMEs in industrial clust
