A better solution, considering these two situations, is taking exercise near the home, using only a few seconds. At last, it becomes a common phenomenon which we see now.From my perspective, th

4、is is pretty good because it saves time and money as well as making oneself healthier. Its available for almost everyone who is willing to do. Furthermore, we can make some friends in such social activities, too. But the exercise is not perfect. I suggest people not throw rubbish and care for the ev

5、ironment while taking exercise. Since it almost becomes a national activity, more sports facilities should be given by the government to support it.In one word, however busy we are, theres nothing that can stop us finding methods to keep healthy.(2)As is shown in the picture, plenty of middle-aged l

7、ing can release our pressure. We will feel relax when we dance with music. And they do exercise as well.From my perspective, dancing is a wonderful and convenient way to do exercise to keep fit. As long as you will, you can dance everywhere you like. Beside this, it can strengthen peoples relationsh

8、ip as well. For these reasons, maybe the society will be more harmony.Then I suggest that they can dance in different sorts of dance like jazz. It will make them more energetic. 9、le- aged women make the most of their spare time to dance or do physical exercise on the square in their communities, which is a common phenomenon in our daily life. What results in it? After people retire from their vocations, they will have more spare time. Group dancing may be a good choice for t

10、hem, for it cannot only keep them fit but also make them feel less lonely. The second reason lies in the social welfare. The communities often provide them full areas and equipment so that people can do exercise in it. From my perspective, dancing in the communities square may be not safe. Since the

11、re are many private cars parking and driven in or out, communities should offer a bigger place or a certain room to people. Although group dancing is good for healthy, I disagree this phenomenon because of the security problem. However, I believe that our communities can make progress and provide residents with a better exercise environment.
