1、新家园 02 块地 4#楼施工组织设计编者：杨江峰指导老师：宋志飞时间：2012.32012.6摘 要本施工组织设计作为指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件 ，它是工程开工后施工活动能有序、高效、科学合理地进行的保证。本施工组织设计包括施工方案 、施工进度计划 、施工现场平面布置以及施工部署。其中施工方案和施工进度计划是用来指导施工的， 施工进度计划 结合最佳施工方案在时间上的安排，采用计划的形式，使工期、成本、资源等方面，通过计算和调整达到优化配置，符合项目目标的要求。施工平面布置图是施工方案及施工进度计划在空间上的全面安排。它把投入的各种资源、材料、构件、机械、道路、水
2、电供应网络、生产、生活活动场地及各种临时工程设施合理地布置在施工现场，使整个现场能有组织地进行文明施工。施工部署是对整个建设项目全局作出的统筹规划和全面安排，其主要解决影响建设项目全局的重大战略问题。编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。 关键词关键词: :施工组织设计 施工方案 施工进度计划 施工部署 施工现场平面布置 文明施工 安全保证措施3AbstractThe construction design as
