1、1摘要摘要随着经济的发展,市场机制和企业的观念也在随之转变。传统制造业企业也正在向现代制造业企业转变,从而造成企业对营销人才的需求也有了重大转变。原有的营销人员己不能够适应企业的发展,制造业企业正逐步从需要多专多能的营销人才转为一专多能或者是又专又精。这就促使招聘者不断转变自己的观念,紧随制造业企业的变化对营销人才需求的影响来招聘营销人才。因而对制造业企业应如何科学的,有效的,招聘到合适的有能力的营销人员成为越来越多学者关注的焦点。论文首先对销售经理招聘的一般理论进行了阐述,介绍了招聘的概念、意义,招聘的一般流程、人员的甄选的方法和渠道的选择等内容,重点介绍了招聘方案的概念、内容和一些著名企业
