3、汇编本学位论文。 论文作者： 导师： 2 2 日期： 日期：西安市休闲体育产业现状与对策研究 1 摘 要 本论文对休闲、休闲体育及休闲体育产业的相关概念进行定义和概述。用多种方法对国内外休闲体育产业的发展历史和现状进行研究分析， 并针对西安市体育休闲产业现状给予发展对策建议。 随着居民经济增长，闲暇时间的增多和体育场馆的扩增和相关政策的完善，西安市休闲体育产业拥有良好的发展优势。 但又因各地区产业结构的不均衡和各体育休闲项目发展的不均衡导致西安市休闲体育产业发展存在相关瓶颈。另外，体育专业人才的稀缺和融资渠道的局限也是阻碍西安市休闲体育产业发展的重要原因。 论文给出了系列西安市休闲体育产业发展

5、 sports industry, it analyzes the history of leisurable sports industry in domestic and international, it also does research into this industrys current situation with different methods, in the mean time, many constructive suggestions are given to the development of Xian leisurable sports industry.
6、With the development of the Xian local economy and the increase in the citizens spare time, whats more, the number of the gymnasiums in Xian is increasing and the relevant policies are better now, all these elements become the advantages of Xians leisurable sports industry. However, there are imbala
7、nces in this industry structure and the development of all the leisurable sports projects which are obstacles to the developments of his industry in Xian. What is worse, lacking professional athletes and ways of raising money also slow down the pace of this industry in Xian. In this article, you can
8、 find some strategies to solve the problems that exist in Xians leisurable sports industry. From the point of the author, more strength should be put into establishing some suitable developing policies, and more attention should be paid on training more professional athletes. The authorities should
9、emphasize the importance of combining the indoor and outdoor sports activities. The government also needs to focus on community athletic activities and Xian leisurable sports industry should be regarded as an important event, it needs more attention.
